Includes:

• Up to 20 Energy Leadership® Index (ELI) assessments for your salon team, including you and your senior management team.

• One facilitated group debrief for all team members.

• Up to three private, two-hour one-on-one leadership ELI debrief sessions with Christina.

• Individual ELI assessment results and coaching conversations remain completely confidential between each participant and Christina.

• Unused assessments remain credited to your account for 12 months to seamlessly onboard future new hires.

Our High Performance Leadership Intensive includes up to 20 ELI assessments, providing comprehensive coverage for the vast majority of salon teams. For organizations with more than 20 team members, additional assessments may be added for a flat administrative fee of $60 per person.
